Questionnaires for children

Thanks to QuestManager, children can now play an active role in their own recovery. We are proud to announce that our client, the Brandwondenzorg Nederland (Dutch Burn Care Foundation), is launching a new outcomes measurement project for children with burns. Lotte van Dammen, PROM coordinator at the Dutch Burn Care Foundation, explains: “We have been collecting outcomes data for children for several years, but now we have tailored it more closely to the outcomes that matter most to children with burns.

We have also carefully considered the number of questions in the registration process, to minimize the burden on both parents and children. The questionnaire now consists of only 12-14 questions! We use smiley faces in the answer scales 😃 🙂 😐 🙁 😭, making it even easier for children to complete.

The significance of measuring patient experience 💬

In healthcare, the patient is at the heart of everything we do 👩‍⚕️. To provide the best possible care, it is essential to understand the patient experience. Patient experience surveys play a crucial role in this. By giving patients a voice, we gain valuable insights that enable us to continuously improve care 🔄.

They are using the CQI questionnaire to measure patient experiences and use the feedback to optimize care processes and better meet patient needs and expectations. Together, we are building a healthcare environment where the patient voice is central.
