First QuestManager customer event: A resounding success

At the first Lighthouse customer afternoon in Ede, 60 customers gained insights into the platform's vision for the future and provided input for further development.

A day to remember..

Op 16 november mochten we ruim 60 gewaardeerde klanten begroeten op het sfeervolle Landgoed Zonneoord in Ede voor een onvergetelijke eerste Lighthouse klantenmiddag. Het programma voor onze eerste klantenmiddag bood diverse hoogtepunten, waaronder de kennismaking de mensen die geholpen hebben om Lighthouse Software en onze oplossingen groot te maken. Het was een genoegen om de mensen die dag in dag uit, achter de schermen werken aan QuestManager voor te stellen aan onze klanten.

De presentatie van Margot Metz was een inspirerend moment, waarin zij met passie sprak over het toenemende belang van ‘samen beslissen’. De gepresenteerde inzichten en onderbouwing waren niet alleen inspirerend, maar vormden ook het startsein van boeiende gesprekken en discusssies onder de aanwezigen waarbij dit onderwerp centraal stond.

On November 16, we had the pleasure of welcoming over 60 valued customers to the atmospheric Landgoed Zonneoord in Ede for an unforgettable first Lighthouse customer afternoon. The program for our first customer afternoon offered various highlights, including an introduction to the people who have contributed to the success of Lighthouse Software and our solutions. It was a pleasure to introduce the people that work on QuestManager to our customers.

Margot Metz’s presentation was an inspiring moment, in which she spoke passionately about the growing importance of “joint decision-making”. The presented insights and substantiation were not only inspiring but also formed the starting signal for fascinating conversations and discussions among the attendees, with this topic as the central focus.

Customer input as a source of inspiration

Another valuable part was the “field trip”, where we gathered a great amout of input and feedback from our customers. This valuable information will serve as a guideline for the further development of various themes in the coming period. By actively involving our customers, we not only strengthen relationships but also ensure that QuestManager continues to evolve according to the needs and expectations of our users.

We look back on this special afternoon with great gratitude. We are determined to continue the journey to the future together with our customers!
